General Terms and Conditions

1. General
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all our sales. Deviating or additional terms and conditions will only be recognized if they are expressly agreed upon in writing.

2. Prices
Our offers and price lists are subject to change without notice.

3. Delivery Times and Dates
Delivery times and dates are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise. Any claims arising from delays or non-delivery are excluded. Failure to deliver due to force majeure or non-culpable conduct on the part of us or our suppliers does not entitle the customer to claim damages from us. Partial deliveries are permitted.

4. Shipping
Shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.

5. Complaints
The goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported to us without delay. Later complaints will only be accepted if the defects were not apparent despite proper inspection.

6. Payment Terms
Payment in advance.

7. Price Lists
No liability is assumed for any incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contractual relationship is governed by Swiss substantive law. The place of jurisdiction is Sion, unless otherwise agreed, the Commercial Court of the Canton of Valais shall have jurisdiction.
