We ship within Switzerland using Swiss Post.

Local pickup in Brigerbad (VS) is, of course, free of charge.

Shipping within Europe

Due to subsequent adjustments by the shipping provider or actual shipping parameters that differ from those initially stated (e.g., weight, volume, surcharges), the actual shipping costs incurred may differ from the costs displayed during the ordering process.

By completing the order, the customer accepts the shipping costs shown during the ordering process as binding. Any subsequent refund or claim for differences is excluded, even if the actual shipping costs incurred are lower.
