Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy (Switzerland)

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, we voluntarily grant our customers a right of cancellation under the following conditions.

1. Cancellation Period

You may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The date of receipt of the goods is decisive.

2. Conditions for withdrawal

Cancellation is only possible if:

• the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• there are no signs of use
• the goods are returned in full

3. Excluded Items

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

• personalized or custom-made products
• used or damaged items
• hygiene or safety-related products if sealed and opened
• custom-made or discounted items (sale items)

4. Declaration of Cancellation

Cancellation must be declared in writing within the cancellation period via:

• name
• reason for return (optional)

5. Returns

After confirmation by us, the goods must be returned within 7 days to the following address:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
• Shipping costs are not refunded

7. Liability for Loss in Value

If the goods have diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to check their condition, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction.

8. Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met.
