The Mighty Armory Flare Expander Die will flare cases for 9mm, .38 Super / Super Comp, .38 Special and .357 Magnum.

An essential reloading tool, the flare expander is designed to achieve two critical tasks when reloading. It flares the inside of the case mouth to facilitate smooth bullet seating and it precisely expands the inside dimension (I.D.) of the case to -.003 to -.004 below bullet diameter just below the flare. The Mighty Armory Flare Expander Die ensures perfect vertical alignment of the bullet within the case, resulting in consistently accurate bullet seating. 

Eliminate powder spillage! Precision machined from high-grade tool steel and heat treated to over 60 Rockwell hardness, the Flare Expander shaft has a silky, smooth finish that will not stick to the case, ensuring a smooth entry and exit into and out of the case mouth while reloading.

The Mighty Armory Flare Expander Die is an independent station die compatible with a wide range of reloading presses, including single stage, turret, auto-indexing press and autodrive presses.

Mighty Armory Flare Expander requires no tools to set up, is easy to use, ultra tough and will outlast other options. A locking nut is included for easy removal from the press station while maintaining the setting. A nylon nut at the top of the die is optional and can be removed depending on your reloading press.
